How to get there?
The farmstay is located directly between Rome and Naples, about two hours from each city, and is well served by buses, trains, and highways. The closest bus and train station is in the nearby town of Sora. Once in Sora you can catch a taxi for euro 10. We can provide you with a number to prearrange that.
A private shuttle can also be arranged directly from Rome or Naples, depending on the number of students arriving where and when.
By car: If you want to come by car please let me know and you will be provided with all the info needed.

Yes, you can.
What do I need to bring?
It’s the end of summer here in Italy, so it should still be warm. But during the morning practice and/or the evenings you might want to wear something warm if needed.
Sheets and towels are included in all accommodation options.
Bring your own flute/flutes. The group lessons will be taught with G scale flute. If you do not have G scale flute it will be available both for using during the workshop and for purchase. During individual class you may use whichever flute you prefer.
Professional flutes will be available both for using during the workshop and for purchase.

In this retreat you pay for the workshop and food/accommodation separately

This retreat will be limited to 16 participants. Your place is guaranteed when the workshop fee is transferred.

Food
Breakfast: €4 or €6 with eggs: boiled, poached or scrambled.
Breakfast consists of freshly delivered whole grain bread, jam, tea, coffee, and seasonal fruit from the farm, porridge
Lunch: €11 per person
Rice or pasta, salad and omelette
Dinner: €15 vegetarian
Pasta or rice, salad, legumes – chickpeas, beans or lentils. Different vegetables such as pepper, potatoes, zucchini and eggplants.
Wine from the farm is also possible
Total three vegetarian meals a day: €30-32 per person

Camping
Camping on our farm is also available for our guests who are looking for a more affordable stay but who wants to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of our farm. You can bring your own tent and equipment, or you can rent a tent, sleeping bag, and sleeping mat from us for a small fee. The campground is in a beautiful area of the farm, close to many fruit trees and vegetables which you can pick yourself and eat for free. You will wake up each morning to a beautiful view of the mountains and the surrounding area. Included in the camping fee is the use of a new shared indoor bathroom (the bathroom is equipped with a hot shower).

You will be able to book your preferred stay once the retreat fee is transferred
If you cancel your participation more than two months before the retreat you will be refunded 100%. Before one month of the retreat you will be refunded 50 %. Less than one month before the beginning of the retreat you will not be refunded. In all cases the bank commissions are charged to the participant. Cases of urgent health issues or other cases of force majeure will be considered separately in direct communication with the participant.
